Beleive it or not, this house use to be a single storey red brick 50 yearold home. With the addition of a second storey and a complete renovation of the ground floor, leaving onle the external walls standing, we have created a gorgeous waterfront home. Huge open voids and large glass windows, take in the view over Maroubra Beach.
