For more than 26 years, founder Gavin Mansour has dedicated his career to residential construction. What began as a childhood fascination with building has grown into a boutique building company recognised for craftsmanship, transparency and professionalism across Sydney.

Our Story

Gavin's passion for building started at just five years old while watching trades transform his family home. From that moment, he knew construction would become his career.

Over the decades, he has worked across custom homes, duplex developments, renovations and complex residential projects, developing a deep understanding of both structural construction and client service. Every lesson learned has shaped the philosophy that still guides the business today: do every stage properly the first time, because quality should never be compromised.
